At Health Naturals we have spent 20 years sifting through it all with highly qualified professionals whose goal has always been the impartial evaluation of what will truly provide the best support for each individual patient. Even though we have scrupulously selected the best manufacturers and wholesalers, we still perform our own quality control procedures. A few times every year we reject shipments due to quality issues most retailers would ignore. At one time we were the only retailer in the country that frequently rejected shipments of a particular fiber supplement because we detected rancidity. The manufacturer thought we were being unreasonably finicky until we convinced them to do a lab test on their product. The test proved we were right, and the manufacturer did a national recall of their product. They eventually reformulated it to prevent the rancidity problem.
