Creamy Sesame Garlic Dressing
 vinegar-free, dairy-free
 

This one's surely good on a salad, and really good on a baked potato or in mashed potatoes.
 

2 cloves garlic, crushed
3 TB tahini (sesame paste)
2 TB white miso
1/2 cup plain almond milk
2 TB fresh-squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
 

Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Store in a tightly-covered glass jar in the refrigerator.
